Introduction:
I'm Anisha Pradhan. I am studying in 9th grade in St. Mary's school and I am 14 years old. I live in Kathmandu. Nepal has various kinds of ethnic groups. for eg. Newari, brahmin, chhetri etc. Similarly, I belong to a Newari group.


I personally believe that "Friendship is all about sharing good times and crying together in bad ones."

Appearance:
 I have a fair complexion. I have a long and straight hair. I am quite tall...........I guess!!!!!!

Family Background:
 I have an elder sister and a younger brother. My father is a doctor and my parents dream of making me a doctor too.
Hobbies:
 I love pets. I am interested in sketching and making portraits. I also love travelling and going on a long tour with my friends and families.In my leisure times, I go to an open place and express my feelings in the form of portraits. I am also fond of shopping.

Personal Views:
Nepal has a unity in diversity. Nepal is one of the richest country in culture. People follow different religions and celebrate different festivals. In the religious and cultural point of view, I think that there is mutual understanding between all caste and creed. Even though we follow different religions, we all are Nepalese and fell proud of it.

Socially, I feel that people of Nepal are very warmhearted, simple but brave, helpful and creative and talented in various arts like, sculpture, paintings, handicrafts etc.

Politically, what is believe is that even though the situation of Nepal is not so calm, I strongly hope that it will be better in near future.

Last Words:
I feel very fortunate to be a part of this blogging system. I hope this program will help the students of Denmark and Nepal to be close and share views and culture with each other.
I am lookin forward to this project and hope that I shall get some good response from you all..............Laughing

hi Josephine.... I think u felt it quite weird that my psrents take the decesion in my life. I think that I am not mature enough to make a right decision. And about my life partner, I think I know what kind of a person I want as a life partner rather than my parents. So, I would definitely make my own choice....


hi Marie and Tanja... :cheer: It's good to hear from u all.Well!!! Its is not my parents who chooses my career. But they put forward some options and it is up to me which one to choose. If the situation arises that the person whom I love is not liked by my parents, then I would try to convince my parents and I assure that they will certainly understand me.


Hi Sidsel, Thanks for reading my blogs. Now, I am just 14. I think after my school days I will be able to take my own personal decisions. Smoking and drinking alcohol is not legal in our country. People are not allowed to smoke in public places like hospitals, offices and so on......... But still some of the youths and people do so. Our government is trying to ban this as soon as possible.... Please tell me something about yourself and your country. I am looking forward to hear from you.

hey Camilla and Mette.. In our country also, we choose a representative. But we are not allowed to vote because we have to reach 18 first. I thought that our country would take a u-turn after getting democracy. PEACE EVERYWHERE!!!! wow......... but look where are we now. There is still violence in our country....but comparatively less. The needs and desires of the people are not yet fulfilled but I hope that our country will probably prosper in future. hi Sophie.. I feel very happy to answer to your questions.... 1. First of all, people should not waste the water in an unmanaged way and also spread awareness among people to use it in a profitable manner. 2. Probably, now-a-days people are facing the problem of loadsheding. There is loadsheding about 32 hours in a week. This is due to lack of water and human power. Due to lack of rainfall, people have not been able to generate electricity. I think government officials should think about it and take some initiative to solve it. 3. Yes. I am immensely happy that our country has become a democratic country. Nepal is just stepping the first step towards success. So, there are still a lot changes to be made in our country. First of all, the problem of loadsheding should be solved. Education should be flourished throughout the country. And the most essential thing is that people should not misutilize their freedom. And all the best for your project!!!!! :) :) :) :)
